Baranov-Mohort S. Organizational and financially-legal relations which arise up at the bill calculations of exchange

Dissertation is devoted to the research of organizational and financially-legal relations which arise in bill settlements. In work becoming of bill circulation in Ukraine and organizational and financially-legal relations connected with it are considered, the mechanisms of taxation of bill settlements is explored, specific features of state customs payment for bill forms are discovered. The basic problems of expansion of bills usage in economic activity and the state control in this sphere are exposed. The mechanisms of usage of new types of the bills in formation of the State budget of Ukraine and budget expences realization are considered, such as exchequer bills, bank bills and bills of exchange of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
