Kravtsov D. Financial lawful regulation of investment in Ukraine

The thesis presents the analysis of a legal nature of investment as a public phenomenon which meets economic interests of the state, territorial communities, juridical and physical persons, and highlights the financial legal aspect of the problem. In the thesis the definition of investment is being grounded as a category typical for both Public and Private Law, and forms of investment are being characterized. The place of investment as a complex law institution comprising Constitutional, Administrative, Financial and Civil Law norms has been defined. The work contains the study of state investment regulation and financial control of the process of investment. The place and legal nature of investment in financial legal relationships have also been considered. Some propositions concerning changes in Ukrainian investment legislation have been made.
