Albul S. Criminological characteristic the mercenary-forcible crimes against the foreign sitizenry

The dissertation is a dedicated to studi of the complex etiological and phenomenological particularities of the mercenary-forcible crimes against the foreign people in Ukraine; the studies of its nature, regularites and characteristics victimization foreigners in Ukraine; prevention criminal encroachments against the foreigners. This work is illustrated the complex of questions theoretical and practical nature, in accordance with developtment organizing-legal measures of the fight with criminality against the foreigners. It's given criminological feature mercenary-forcible crimes against the foreign people in Ukraine, their factors, level, structures and geographies, as well as personalities of the criminal and victim. Also in this work illuminated the problems of the provision personal and property safety of the foreign people in Ukraine. The rows of the measures are offered on improvement Ukrainian legistation in the field of criminality and ensuring the victims rights.
