Essay

The objects are condition and direction of process of public self-organizing as the constituent of the concepts of social capital. The aims are to study and to justify the role of a phenomenon of political trust as the constituent of the concepts of social capital. Methods - activity's approach, sociological, comparative, social simulation, historical, general scientific methods. In the work the typology of political trust, the mechanism of it's reproduction and it's connection with the normative system and institutional design of society are revealed. It has been determined that earlier research programmes in the sphere of social self-organization (the first generation of the theories of collective action) do not give an adequate picture of social processes, ignoring the specific nature of the relations of authority as well as cultural and ideological restrictions, that narrows the actor's possibilities to create a rational strategy of interaction. It has been established that a basic condition for the emergence of political trust as a precognition of the process of consolidation of civic society institutes is the presence of a specific national identity that leads to the emergency of trans-class solidarity and the development of political trust on it's basis. A synthesis of modern concepts of social self-organization and the theories of collective (and national in the first turn) identity has been executed. Judging by the results of such a synthesis, the analysis of the modern strategy of establishing of the civic institution in Ukraine has been done. Sphere of use is a training courses.
