Shvidenko K. Reactions of bridged enamines with electrophilic reagents

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the reactions of bridged enamines with electrophilic reagents, such as acid chlorides, sulfochlorides, isocyanates and isothiocyanates. The reaction condition were optimized. Dependence of products obtained on the nature of the starting material was established. A simple and facile method was developed for the synthesis of aminonitroketones that contain polymethylene chain. Aminonitroketones obtained were used for the constructing of aminoalkyl heterocycles. It has been shown that bridged enamines could react with heterocumulens in two different ways: on the one hand giving rise to the linear products, on the other hand polymethylene heterocycles could be obtained.
