Essay

The work is devoted to important subject of oncology - definition of progression factors of CIN and early cervical cancer of momen with genital infection - oncogenic types of HVP, viruses of family Herpes viridae and Chlamydia trachomatis. On the ground of obtained results the clinical and cytological criterions (increasing of pathological mitoses, expression of AgNOR's proteins, expression of p53) of CIN and early cervical cancer progression was established. To take into account the risk of CIN progression the algorythm of complex examination of patients with cervical pathology associated with genital infection for optimization of early diagnostics of CIN-3 and cervical cancer with initial invasion was elaborated.
