Thesis is devoted to the research of legal grounds of origin and functioning peculiarities of the parliament of the German Federal Republic and to elaboration on this base of concrete propositions directed on Ukrainian constitutional legislation and legislation in force improvement. Modern methodological approaches about the problems of German parliamentarism study are analyzed in this work; general characteristic of representative (legislative) bodies in the mechanism of state power is given.
