Zabroda D. Interaction of combatting corruption bodies (administrative legal aspect)

The thesis is devoted to study of administrative legal aspects of interaction of combatting corruption bodies. There is the analysis of the essence of corruption being a coercion target of law-enforcement system. The notion of interaction of combatting corruption bodies has been formulated, its matter has been discovered, and its forms, kinds and principles of joint action in this realm have been defined. There are the author's proposal of classification of combatting corruption bodies, and the analysis of specificity of their anti-corrupt duties, and problems of competence differentiation between these bodies. Actual outlines of organization of combatting corruption in Ukraine and other countries have been studied. A prospective model of interaction of national combatting corruption bodies has been worked up. The mechanism of organization of international cooperation in combatting corruption has been analyzed, and ways of increasing effectiveness have been determined. Based on realized research thereare proposals formulated and submitted to improve current legislation.
