Bezruk V. Development of infants, which were birth by mothers with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy and correction of their iron-deficiency

The peculiarities of infant’s growth and development, which was born from mothers with iron-deficient anemia during pregnancy was studied in comparison with the regional growth data and justification of correction methods of iron-deficit in these children. It is established, that the iron deficiency during pregnancy is one of factors, which favor to making up at the child iron-deficient condition statuses, with developing iron-deficient anemia, retardation of physical and psychomotor development, disorders of immunity, increase in risk of infectious diseases. It was investigated interrelations between anthropometrical parameters, parameters of psychomotor development and social and other environmental factors with description the risk of occurrence of growth disorders. Iron-deficient anemia influence on immune disorders of children organisms there was analyzed. The screening program of growth disorders estimation of infants and toddlers, which born from mothers with pregnancy anemia, and correction method were developed. The opportunity of usage "Globiron" syrup and highly adapted formula feeding "NAN-new" for the purpose of corrections iron-deficient condition statuses was investigated
