The changes obtain reversible character and have the tendency to self-normalization on condition of favourable clinical course of the disease. The possibility is given to predict the course of disease, based on anti-inflammatory IL-1, IL-10 and Cortisole concentration evaluation. The clinical and immunological substantiation of treatment method with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating medication Fenspirid is pursued.
