The research investigates the character of main indicators changes in iron exchange that children with chronic recurrent bronchitis experience. The research establishes the peculiarities of clinical development of chronic and recurrent pathology of organs of breath with children that experience the iron deficiency. It is proved that combination of chronic recurrent bronchitis with iron deficiency takes place on the condition of existing dysfunction lipoperoxydation – the system of antioxydation protection, and is accompanied by the violation of mineral density of bone tissue. The clinical and laboratory substantiation of the treatment therapy of chronic recurrent bronchitis with the inclusion of ferroplekt and vitamin E is carried out. The scheme of the treatment is worked out, clinical and laboratory efficiency of such therapy complex is defined. Such a treatment scheme of chronic recurrent bronchitis with children that experience iron deficiency with application of ferroplekt and vitamin E in treatment complex is implemented into the health protection practice.
