Rytkis I. Spouses desadaptation at an injury of spinal cord in men and its psychotherapeutic correction.

On the systemic approach point of view development mechanisms and course of spouses desadaptation at different forms of injury of spinal cord on loin and waist level were studied in men. The clinic of sexual disorders caused by the spinal cord trauma were described. The role was shown of both somatogenic and psychological, social-cultural factors in forming sexual desadaptation of spouses with injury of spinal cord in husband. Neurotic and personality disorders in patients and their wives were studied and the connection was fixed between revealed psychopathology and spouses desadaptation. In a psychodiagnostic studding there were revealed a transformation of sex-role behavior on the self-conception level in most of men as a result of their disease that caused a physical and moral dependence on neighborhood. It was shown that there were happened some changes in psychosexual types too: the main types in men is man-son and in women - woman-mother; this was happened because of the disease in men and because of the necessity of taking care and nursing patients in women. The system of psychotherapeutic correction of desadaptation at the studied pathology in men was proposed which allowed to reach a high therapeutic effect in 81±4% of spouses.
