Sorokina I. Models, methods and information technology of decentralization of management by resources of distributed systems of functionally inhomogeneous operational divisions in conditions of uncertainty.

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of a scientific - applied problem of a quantitative assessment of a degree of decentralization of management depending on value of instability of costs from a stand of increase of efficiency of activity of a distributed system of functionly inhomogeneous operational divisions. The model of a rigid centralization of resource management of a distributed system of functional inhomogeneous operational divisions is designed. The model of matched resource management in a system of heterogeneous operational frames, technologically interdependent among themselves is advanced. Has received further development a method of the solution of the doublelevel hierarchic game with fixed sequence of courses, in which one the research of operation is made from a stand of actuators seek to maximize a volume of the effecting. Game model of the open resource management of distributed systems for the first time is designed, which one allows to determine the transferts price of intrasystem of resources. Further usage of the outcomes, obtained in a thesis, is recommended for an effective intrusion financial-credit and manufacturing-disposal organization, namely in commercial and national banks, on industrial firms, which one are engaged in effecting and sales of production.
