The dissertation is complex research of questions of mutualrelations of man and woman in the way of life, family and society . Consideration of domestic-marriage relations in Islam, which found the reflection in the sacred books of Islam Koran and Sounni, and also tafsirah and shariati, testifies simply, that these relations make relatively integral and, at the same time, flexible model which was in a position for adaptation in different geographical and sentinel terms. The domestic-marriage relations became one of determinatives of functioning the moslem civilization. In the present terms of globalization these relations, without regard to the conservatism, demonstrate certain possibilities of adaptation. However, in their basis they remain unchanged, which is the important factor of stability of moslem societies.
