Essay

The research object is socioeconomic system by example of higher education of the Ukraine. The aim of the research is the enhancement of efficiency of socioeconomic systems development management. The method of research is the methods of mathematical programming, multicriteria optimization, and decision making theory. Theoretical and practical outcomes - the methods for higher education (ministry level) development management, methodic of supporting trajectory building, the model of distributing budget financing between high school institutions, information technology for DMSS. Scientific novelty - the new models of higher education development management are eloborated. The degree of introduction - the results are incorporated into studying programs of NTU "KPI", approve on input data of Kharkiv region. The area of use - socioeconomic systems
