Prykhod'ko L. Alexander Serhiyovych Hrushevs'kyi - historian, organizer of arhcive and library work, pedagogue

In dissertation are researched historical views , scientific and organizing activity in branch of arhcive and library work of О. S. Hrushevs'kyi, also his activity as the pedagogue in high educational institutions, specifically his contribution in development of archive education. Also is studied the forming of world view and specialty of О. S. Hrushevs'kyi science works due to the representative source basis. Was analized pedagogical activity of scientist in Ukrainian National University, Kyiv Institute of Archaeology, Institute of National Education and on Scientific and Research cathedra of Ukrainian history of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. It is proved, that scientist was one of the elaborators of conceptual principles of archive and library work of Ukrainian National Republic and Ukrainian State during 1917-1918 years. Also was researched in details his scientific-organizing creation, his participation in organizing of Ukrainian Scientific Association and scientific institutions of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.Many-sided scientific work of scientist was studed taken into account concrete-histirical and cosio-cultural life contekst of Ukrainian society at the beginning of ХХ century. Many sources were engaged into science circulation first time.
