Their realization secures the high final results of activity in the real environment of functioning. Principles and strategies of all-embracing aviation technique utilization have been established. Their realization provide the necessary level of utilization efficiency. The model and algorithms of final indexes of the forecasting and planning of the aviation technique utilization in the market conditions, have been developed.
