Gafurova E. The rights and obligations of the members of the agricultural production cooperative

This thesis considers legal problems of the member ship’s rights, foundation and conditions of the membership, requirements of joining and leaving it. These points are investigated on the basis of the scientific literature of the national and international legislation and also based on the experience of the agricultural production co-operatives in Ukraine. Such notions as membership’s rights and dues, right for share, share and share contribution are determined in the thesis. General characteristics of the main rights and dues of the such co-operatives' members are offered. The necessity of the introduction of the recommendation act’s list is considered. This list involves an Standard Charter of the agricultural production co-operative, Standard Internal employment procedures of the agricultural production co-operative, Standard Statement about labor payment in agriculture and so on, which walled contribute the development of the local co-operatives norms and secure members rights. A great attention is paid to study of the main ways of the realization the rights and dues of the agricultural production co-operative’s members such as labor, property, land and right on participate in the management of co-operative affairs according procedure prescribed by the Charter.
