Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of system reforms ideology which took place in Ukraine in the period after declaration of independence. The work defines a concept of "system reforms", their extent, methodology of application to concrete vital transformations. The compound ideologies of social system reforming are grounded - the sequence, inheritance, preservation of past achievements and innovations application, optimum balance between domestic and foreign experience achievements, personnel and resource maintenance. The discrepancy of the reforms which have been carried out in the last decade is emphasized. In their basis there are such constraining factors, as political non-constructivness of society; unsufficient scientific reforms' basing; bad balance of authority branches interaction; subjectivity of separate "reformers"; residual orientations on totalitarian approaches and values of a part of population; discordant influence of political and economical factors. The conditions and factors of acceleration ideology of reforms are analyzed, that is considered as the factor of Ukrainian society stabilization.
