Bielobrov B. The ideology of constant human development in Ukraine during social transformations: a problem of formation

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of a stable human development formation in Ukraine within the period of social transformations.The work determines the definition of stable human development that fixes the quality index of social and human vital activity, integrates its main features, confirms a level of social realization policy efficiency of the state in the wide sense of meaning and allows to compare the quality of vital processes in different countries irrespective to a type of social system and form of ownership, on which it is based. The main measurable priorities of steady ideology human development are: equation of society economic life; population employment and social protection; ecological situation; demographic characteristic of public development; nourishment and public health care; environmental protection; education and information processes; authority and management organization.
