The object is the managerial services to the population by executive power organs of Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the organization and legal provision of the managerial services to the population by executive power organs of Ukraine. The methods are general scientific, comparative and exact historical analysis, systematic, structural and functional, comparative and legal, hypothetic and deductive, theoretic and prognostic. The newness is that the theoretical and methodological basis of the formation and development of the scientific views to the issue of the managerial services to the population has been scientifically justified; the meaning, peculiarities and types of the managerial services have been defined; the institute of the citizen addresses formation in Ukraine as necessary mechanisms of the managerial services to the population by executive power organs of Ukraine has been scientifically investigated. The results are that the process of the managerial services provision to the population by executive power organs of Ukraine formation and realization has been defined; the forms of the managerial services provision payment have been improved; the ways of the organizational and legal regulation of the system of the managerial services provision to the population by executive power organs of Ukraine have found their further development.
