Object of the study is processes of the shaping the capital on industrial enterprise. Objective of study is further development of the theoretical positions and development practical recommendation on shaping the optimum structure of the capital industrial enterprise. Methods of research: formal and dialectical logic, qualitative analysis and syntheses, history, statistical, causal and benchmark analysis of the economic factors, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methodical recommendations on increasing of efficiency of management shaping the structure of the capital industrial enterprise.
