The dissertation is devoted to improvement of designing quality and management of complex technical systems with regular structure due to increase of their technical condition forecasting reliability by development and introduction of damages and refusals imitating models, based on topological similarity of technical and information systems. The problem of estimation and forecasting of complex technical and information systems, including having regular structure condition, is studied. Techniques of research of working capacity, and also technique of identification of refusal and forecasting of complex technical and information systems with regular structure damage are developed. Topological equivalence of such systems and neural networks is proved and statistical adequacy of imitating model is confirmed. The subsystem of imitating modeling of process of damages accumulation in complex systems is developed. Practical use of damages and refusals imitating models is organized
