Abu S. Constructive solution of the problem arising at the denture plastics intolerance.

A dissertation appears to be a clinical word devoted to the elaboration of non-fixed construction to the patients with the plastics intolerance syndrome. On the base of the statistic material the necessity in the non-fixed dentures in Poltava and its region was investigated. The hypothetic scheme of the research of the patients with an accent on the allergological and psychoemotional status was worked out, which gives the opportunity to distinguish the "risk group"; the most obligatory research condition must be clinical allergological test. The positive results of the testings caused working out of the constructions without plastic insertions. It consists in the production of the metal basis with artificial porcelain teeth, which are fixed with the help of glassionomer cement. The quality analysis of the following construction is made with the help of electromiographic method on different investigation terms and in comparison with the analogous readings in control group. The expressed tendention for the chewing mechanism's normalization evidences the necessity of the construction.
