Ahmerov V. Prophylaxis of inflammatory complications in planned dispensary surgery of the oral cavity.

Thesis is devoted to the study of immunomodulator and antioxidant of plant origin Echinacea purple action on the condition of some factors of homeostasis of the oral cavity in conducting of complex prophylactic of the inflammatory complications of planned dispensary surgical stomatological interventions. It is for first time there were studied the frequency and structure of planned dispensary surgical operations in the oral cavity and their complications on the large archives materials. There was determined the condition of some general and local indexes of organism resistancy as well as free radical oxidation and antioxidant protection at before and after operative period in 212 patients who needed the performing of planned operations on the alveolar process. There was carried out the correction of local and general violations by using immunomodulator and antioxidant of plant origin Echinacea purpurea, antibiotics and their combination. There were worked out the principles of differential applicationof preventive measures in the planned dispensary surgery of the oral cavity and evaluated their efficiency.
