Object of research: processes of innovative development of the state in conditions of globalization. The purpose of dissertation work will consist in a deepening of theoretical positions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations on formation of organizational - economic conditions of perfection of innovative structure of Ukraine for maintenance of constant economic development in conditions of globalization. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis, methods of the comparative analysis, methods of economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning conditions and mechanisms of development of an innovative infrastructure and development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of activity of technoparks as element of an innovative infrastructure. Practical results: will consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations on perfection of development of an innovative infrastructure at a level of region and the state, formation of organizational - economic algorithm of management by technoparks.
