Object of research: process of integration of Ukraine in economic by means of functioning territories with a special investment mode. The purpose of dissertation work is development of scientific - practical and methodical recommendations on activisation of integration of Ukraine in the world economy through functioning of territories with a special mode of investment activity. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the system analysis, theoretical generalization, synthesis, a grouping and classification, a structural method, a method of the statistical analysis, a method of comparison and expert estimations. Theoretical results: will be, that in work it is profound theoretical and methodical positions on the organization of integration interaction of national economies and approaches on practical realization of the expanded integration of Ukraine in economic through development of territories with a special mode of investment are developed. Practical results: willbe, that the developed recommendations and actions allow to make active participation of Ukraine in integration processes through creation of territories with a special investment mode, provide their use by the states which develop. Scientific novelty: has received the further development of definition of concepts „The International Economic Integration » and „a Special Economic Zone»; theoretical positions on the organization of integration interaction of national economies with allocation three determinant are profound: „national economy – transnationalisation - regional integration»; classification of special economic zones is advanced; for the first time the model of integration development of regions of Ukraine through development Spesial Economic Zone and Тerritory of Priority Development» is offered; for the first time the technique of an estimation of efficiency of foreign trade activities of the enterprise in conditions of functioning of special economic zones and territories of priority development is developed.
