Minaev M. Criminal responsibility for unlawful manufacturing, storage, sale or transportation with the purpose of sale of the excisable goods (item 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

In the dissertation the criminal-legal characteristic of unlawful manufacturing, purchase, storages, transportation is carried out with the purpose of selling and selling of the excisable goods (item 204 of the Сriminal Code of Ukraine) with detailed disclosing of elements and attributes of corpus delicti stipulated by this clause. On the basis of research of attributes of corpus delicti the differentiation of these crimes between itself and them delimitation from other crimes will be carried out (spent). The legal concepts are analyzed which are used in the legislation on manufacture and revolution of the excisable goods and on which the corpus delicti stipulated items 204 of the Сriminal Code of Ukraine are based. Are resulted definitions of separate concepts, which are used in an item 204 of the Сriminal Code of Ukraine, the lacks of working edition of this clause are defined (determined) from the point of view of rules of legal engineering.
