In dissertation there are investigated factors which may result in the deviations in realization of educational process and predetermine the necessity of optimization of this process. In the developed information technology there is realized the possibility for account of subjective factors which can influence on an educational process. Methods of quality analysis of educational process and methods of execution of integral analysis of control on the basis of tests are investigated.
