Essay

The object is universal shpindles with sliding shells of the main lines of the rolling mills working stands. The aims to estimate of actual loads on the elements of the universal spindle in order to raise its reliability. Methods of researches: analytical (mathematical physics methods), numeral (finite elements method), experimental (polarization-optical method, artificial bases method). For the first time a discreet-continual dynamic model is developed, dependences for the determination of complete natural frequencies spectrum and torques moments are obtained. The law of distribution of pressure on the contact surfaces of the hinge is defined. The sphere of use: metallurgical production, education process.
