Essay

The thesis is concerning to study of the Russian legislative acts 1700-1775 as the historical source about the Southern Ukraine. By analysis thematic complex of the legislation acts the main trends of the activity of the Russian government dealing with the development, the administrative-territorial division of the region, the protection of the south borders by building of the fortified lines and military colonies, the economic mastering of Northern Cost of Black Sea are discussed.
