The object – the probation training system of controller at a workplace in order to be certified for an individual work; the aim – an improvement of level of controller’s professional readiness by means of automation of permission for an individual work; the methods – graph theory; human engineering; fussy theory; mathematical-statistical method of expert’s estimation, the novelty – substantiation of concept of formalization and automation of decision making processes to be permitted for an individual work; taking into account the regulation documents was elaborated the structure and estimated components of normative and actual information models of trainee-controller adequate for real conditions taking into account skills loss and mistakes models.
