Svitalka W. Innovation activity management on enterprises of gas mining industry of Ukraine

Object - the innovation activity process at the enterprises of gas mining industry of Ukraine, the purpose - theoretical aspects, methodical and practical recommendations work out for innovation management in complicated systems of gas mining enterprises as means of their stable development, the methods - system-structural analysis, expert marks, graphical, hierarchy analysis, econometrical, element of non-concrete pluralities; the novelty -at first the complex of economical indexes was worked out for more exact comparison of investment in new well construction and well modernization. It gives opportunity to change the investment strategy of gas mining enterprises and to rise efficiency of investment; results - the conception of "innovation activity" is defined more exactly, the analytic planning method at the innovation activity management is improved and prepared for gas mining enterprises, the methodical approaches to the innovation management process were worked out on the base of hierarchy analysis method and elements of nonconcrete pluralities, the approach for solution the problem of enterprise profit management on the base of innovation influence was formulated; introduced - on BU "Ukrburgaz", УкрНИИгаз, ПНТУ имени Юрия Кондратюка; branch - gas mining.
