Demyanchuk S. Analitic - statistical models for forecasting and increases of efficiency of functioning of systems of the customs control

Object of research are processes and systems of the customs control. The purpose of research improvement of organizational and exploitation-technical technologies of the customs control, development of a complex of analytics-statistical models adequate to real conditions, suitable for the analysis of processes of realization of the customs control, an estimation, forecasting and increase of efficiency of functioning of systems of the customs control of objects of the international moving through borders of the state. Methods of research: Researches are based on use of the system approach, mathematical methods of probability theory, casual processes, the theory of research of operations and mathematical statistics, methods of regression the analysis as bases of creation and the analysis of a complex of models. Scientific novelty of the received results of dissertational work will be, that for the first time: - The developed and analyses analytics-statistical models of the organization adequate to real conditions and functioning of means of the customs control; - in models reliability and productivity of the control is taken into account, variants of the multi-channel, multiphase allocated, full, selective and combined control which assists humanization of its process are considered; - have received the further development the researches concerning an estimation of efficiency of functioning of customs establishments and items of the control over its increase.
