Golub S. Criminal Liability for Illicit Hunting.

The thesis is devoted to the issues of development and contemporary state of forms of liability for illicit hunting. The analysis of the genesis of the criminal act of illicit hunting as well as of the criminal punishment imposed therefor by the state enabled the author to give her own definition of illicit hunting and set forth measures of criminal punishment for persons who committed this crime. The research focuses on the qualifying features of the act whereas such actions as tracing and pursuing have become a convincing argument sufficient for reaching the conclusion that the subjective side of the corpus delicti of this criminal offence is characterised solely by direct intent. Amendments to the legislation that is in force have been proposed.
