Maliarova V. Taktical, crimanalistical and procedural basics of searching and arrest of a criminal

The dissertation is devoted to solution of problems of searching and arrest of unknown criminal. Author proposes algorithm of searching of unknown criminal. Concerning to the person of a criminal she marks out such significant groups of virtues: social and demographical, moral and psychological, functional and dynamical, morphological, biological which can be used for searching and further identification of a criminal. The definition of criminalistic information about criminal was improved. Author also analyses native historical and foreign experience of using of hypnoreproduction during crime investigation, she tried to determine conditions, goals, investigative situations of using of hypnoreproduction in work with witnesses and victims.
