Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnosis of acute disease of respiratory organs in early age children based on the study of dysfunction fibrinolytic and haemostatic function of the lungs.It was contained in virtue of receive results, that healthy children's regulating influence of lungs parenchyma in decrease haemostatic and increase fibrinolytic activity of arterial blood. Decrease elimination of fibrinogen, soluble high molecular fibrin monomer complexes and decrease in activity of plasmin depended on fibrinolysin are defected in children of early age with pneumonia. It is caused by change of aggregation condition of arterial blood and it is the reason of the coagulopathy in systemic circulation. Combination pneumonia with infants' wheezing syndrome takes to severance functional connections of respiratory system, and it reflects discompensation of haemostatic and fibrinolytic function of the lungs and it is the reason of the disseminated intravascular coagulation.Integral assessment (to data of the coefficient regulation) of acute obstructival bronchitis influences on state haemostatic and fibrinolytic function of the lungs reflects decrease fibrinolytic activity with pathological change of coagulation potential in arterial blood.
