Essay

In the thesis the data on factors of formations of depressions at Parkinson's disease were obtained on the base of clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostical, neurophysiological and biochemical investigations. It was determined that these depressions are non-uniform by origin and characterized by clinical polymorphism. They are: neurotic depressions and organic depressions. The first symptoms and variants of depressions are described in dependence of register of depression (neurotic and organic). The interrelations between a degree of weigth, duration of Parkinson's disease in occurrence of depressions of organic and neurotic genesis are analysed. Parameters of inspection of patient are resulted with the help of psychometric scales. Some pathopsychologycal mechanisms of formations of depressions at Parkinson's disease were investigated. In research, general characteristics and features of electroencephalogramms have been analysed at various variants of depressive disorders at Parkinson's disease.The biochemical analysis of formation of depressions at Parkinson's disease has shown a different degree of expressiveness of a condition of oxidizing stress. Principles of therapy have been developed.
