The dissertation is devoted to study of efficiency for generalized periodontitis (GP) of the ІІ - ІІІ degrees surgical treatment in the persons with decrease of bone mineral density (BMD), the influence of osteoplastic materials, which are used for replacement of jaw bone defects, on metabolism of a bone tissue and opportunity for protein-mineral metabolism correction with a preparation of the soy isoflavones EKSO.
