Essay

The dissertation deals with the investigation of an electron energy spectrum, two elec-trons and exciton in the system of two tunel-bound dots of various shapes taking into con-sideration the band break on the boundaries between media and dependence of the particle effective mass on their coordinates. The problem of determining the energy of one and two particles of various shapes (cylindrical, cubic and spherical) in heterostructure with tunel-bound QD with finite potential is solved.
