Lutsky I. Justice as a phylosophical and legal base of the Ukranian state-formation

Теоретичні результати і новизна - The justice is one of the most important philosophical and legal categories, the content definition of which is closely connected with democracy, freedom, responsibility and systems of legal norms and State system. The category “justice” doesn’t yet find quit realizing on the level of social consciousness (especially at the authority) and freely enough is realized in the practice of the state building.But the practice of Ukrainian state building has considerable problems; they were displayed in the processes of democratization and (as its shade side), of privatization of state property, of agrarian reform, police and courts’ activity. The author analyzes current problems and points on the possible ways of their decision. The European choice of Ukraine is impossible without realizing of justice idea in the Ukrainian practice of state building. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - results of the dissertation may be applied for further of legal culture to develop legal state.
