Basay O. Legal security of social protection of unemployed in Ukraine

The concepts of social defence of population from unemployment are examined in dissertation; the maintenance of active and passive policy of social defence of unemployed persons; their place and value in the modern conditions of market transformations in Ukraine; the analysis of legislation about social defence from unemployment is conducted. In work a concept, legal nature, principles, legal status of subjects of obligatory state social security, is explored in the sphere of unemployment. The special attention is spared to the analysis of concept, maintenance and types of employment as the most effective element of policy of social defence of unemployed persons. Some recommendations in relation to perfection of current legislation about social defence of unemployed persons are given out
