Shalkova A. Cancer of glandule mamma: risk factors, regularity of progressing.

Matter - breast cancer. Purpose - to develop the system of predicting diseases on the base of arranging patients into risk groups and with the obtained results to form differential approach to treatment. Methods - clinical, cytological, histologic, statistical. Results - now we have a chance to arrange women-patients with breast cancer in groups of little, medium and great risk of deterioration. With suspicion of deterioration of the disease there appears a necessity of holding neo-adjuvant selective endarterial polychemotherapy, endolymphatic polychemotherapy, adequate endocrine therapy which helped to increase 5-year survival up to 58,9±2,1% among women-patients with tumor of Т3-Т4 size. Novelty - we have determined informational value and rank consistency of risk factors of deterioration of breast cancer; taking into account negative prognostic factors, we formed group of patients with different degree of deterioration of breast cancer; we have developed a method of predicting degree of risk of relapse; we have determined value of polychemotherapy in prophylaxis of deterioration of breast cancer.The results of the research have been applied at Donetsk Oblast Anticancer Center, Institute of Medical Radiology named after S .P.
