Essay

The thesis comprises theoretical foundations and methodological recommendations as to the management improvement of non-taxation surplus of local budget formation. It also deals with the development of guidelines for strengthening the resource base of the local self-government bodies. The thesis focuses on the essence and constituents of the management system of the local budget surplus formation. Methodological approach to the planning of non-taxation payments has been proposed to be further employed in the computer-based prognosis.
