The object is 45 patients suffering from chronic pancreatitis with exocrine insufficiency and 85 patients suffering from diabetes mellitus with manifestations of functional disorders of the liver and dysbacteriosis and 20 practically healthy; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis and steatohepatosis in patients with chronic pancreatitis and diabetes mellitus; methods - clinical, instrumental, biochemical, bacterio-diagnostical; novelty - the improvement of syntetic, detoxication hepatic functions and processes of glycogenesis in the liver, stabilization of the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defens system restoration of intestinal microbiocenosis under the influence of biftop have been proved; the results - the new method of the treatment of intestinal dysbacteriosis and steatohepatosis in patients with chronic pancreatitis and diabetes mellitus; it have been introduced in educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
