For the first time with the help of the multifactorial dispersive analysis the multifactorial system of forecasting of development of relapse of a cancer of a rectum of forecasting allows due to early diagnostics and the duly beginning of treatment to increase resectability and survival rate of patients with relapses of a cancer of a rectum. It is developed and introduced not very traumatic way of radical operation at relapses of a cancer of a rectum located in area of colo-anal anastomosis after abdomino-anal resections - perineal amputation of the epicolysed gut with a recurrent tumor in a combination with colonostomy which has allowed to lower considerably in comparison with abdomono-anal extirpation of epicolysed gut average duration of operation, volume of blood loss, frequency of intraoperative and postoperative complications
