The object is informational-analytical service of the real estate market; the aim is to work out models and methods of analysis and prediction of future scripts of development processes in the real estate market using ideas and principles of self-organizing and neural nets; the methods are mathematical statistics, econometry, fuzzy-set theory, neuro-cybernetics; the new approach lies in first formalization and solving the problem of development the models and methods of processes in the real estate market of Ukraine on the basis of principles of self-organizing and neural nets; the results: the informational-analytical system “REMA” has been developed; it has been applied in automated system of the real estate market analysis and prediction; the field is informational-analytical service of the real estate market
