Essay

Research object: removable pulling and picker-turning devices of flax-harvesting machine and process of their co-operation with the stems of flax. The purpose of research: to promote efficiency of technological process of cleaning up of flax on the basis of development of flax-harvesting machine with removable pulling and picker-turning devices and to ground their parameters and mode of operation. Methods and equipment: are theoretical and experimental researches, strain measurement, mechanic-mathematical design, classic mechanics and mechanics of plant materials, statistical working of material, planning of multifactor experiment. Novelty: the variant of flax-harvesting machine is offered with removable pulling and picker-turning devices and the concordances of their mode of operation are conducted by establishment of leading pulleys of the proper diameter; the theory of drive of strap transmission of pulling devices is developed with a few leading pulleys; circular force and consumable power are determined for the drive of long and short straps of pulling vehicle; transition of stems is explored from a conclusion brook in the channel of transversal conveyer; the theory of operation of scrapers pulleys and rollers is developed. Theoretical and practical results: removable pulling and picker-turning devices are developed, on this basis a flax-harvesting machine with removable working devices is manufactured. Integration: the results of theoretical and experimental researche have been used in the designing bureau of productive amalgamation RTE in Lutsk end in Lviv state zonal machine a testing station.
