Sknar O. Socio-psychological model of political leader gender behavior in students' youth perception

The dissertation is dedicated to exploration of gender characteristic of political leaders' behavior. It defines the major criteria for distinguishing masculine and feminine characteristics of personality. The most important classification criteria of socio-psychological characteristics of political leaders' behavior are defined. The results of theoretic and empirical studies concerning the gender-related problem of political leadership are analyzed. The stable consimilar and dissimilar gender criteria according to which students' youth evaluates political leaders are assessed. The socio-psychological model of political leader gender behavior which is a generalization of a variety of models received in a result of empirical analysis is developed. This model includes developed criteria of political leader gender behavior evaluation and provides a probable list of gender characteristics according to which this evaluation may occur.
