Essay

The research of physic-chemical predictabilities taking place during non-woven composite materials by thermo-joining method using cattle wool wastes and during production of roll composite materials on the basis of rubber SKS-30 ARKM has been made in this thesis. The physic-chemical and reological aspects of law temperature and synthetic composite fiber formation which are applied as thermo-joining element during production of different non-woven composite materials and its adhesive properties in relation to wool fibers with possibility of its regulation have been considered in this thesis. The technological conditions and scheme of process formation of non-woven composite materials with consistent investigation of its physic-mechanical properties have been given.
